You have the right to safe, respectful support

As an NDIS participant, you have clear rights protected by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. We take these rights seriously.

As a participant, you have the right to:

  • Be treated with dignity and respect
  • Have your privacy and personal information protected
  • Be free from abuse, neglect, exploitation, and violence
  • Choose who provides your support
  • Be involved in decisions about your support
  • Access information in a format you understand
  • Make a complaint without fear of losing your services
  • Have your complaint handled fairly and promptly

How to Make a Complaint

We welcome feedback and take all complaints seriously. Making a complaint will never affect the services you receive.

What happens next

  • We acknowledge your complaint within 1 business day
  • We investigate the issue promptly and fairly
  • We keep you informed throughout the process
  • We provide a resolution within 21 days (or explain why we need more time)
  • We take action to prevent the issue from happening again

Advocacy support
