Elevate Support Carer was founded in North Melbourne with a simple belief: people with disability deserve support that is reliable, respectful, and easy to access.
We have seen what happens when providers lose focus on the people they serve. Calls go unanswered. Workers change without notice. Plans are made without real consultation. We built Elevate to be the opposite of that.
We are a registered NDIS provider (registered until 15 January 2029), and every member of our team is screened, qualified, and genuinely invested in helping participants reach their goals.
The problem: You call your provider and nobody picks up. Emails go unanswered for days.
Our solution: We respond to all enquiries within the same business day. If you call and we miss it, we call you back within 2 hours.
The problem: You do not know what you are being charged for or why your plan funds are running out.
Our solution: We explain every charge before it happens. You get clear invoices and regular updates on your plan spending.
The problem: Extra charges appear on your invoice that nobody mentioned upfront.
Our solution: All our pricing follows the NDIS Price Guide. No extras, no surprises. We discuss costs before any service begins.
The problem: You do not know if the person coming into your home has been properly checked.
Our solution: Every support worker has a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and First Aid certification. No exceptions.
