Who it is for: Participants who need help getting to appointments, work, education, social activities, or just getting around.

What it looks like: A support worker picks you up and takes you where you need to go. We use your preferred mode of transport. Some participants prefer to drive, others take public transport with a worker, and some are working towards travelling independently.

Where we operate: North Melbourne and greater metropolitan Melbourne.
