Who it is for: Anyone who wants to get more involved in their community, build friendships, or try new activities.

What it looks like: Your support worker goes with you to the activities you choose. That might be a gym class, going to the library, attending a community event, volunteering, or catching up with friends. We follow your lead.

Where we operate: North Melbourne and surrounding suburbs including Flemington, Kensington, Parkville, Carlton, and greater Melbourne.
