Yes, our services are funded through the NDIS. If you are not sure whether you are eligible or need help applying, we are happy to point you in the right direction. Call us on 1300 211 999 and we will help you work it out.
Switching is straightforward. You have the right to change providers at any time. Contact us and we will guide you through the process. We handle most of the paperwork and can usually start support within a week of your first call.
All our services are priced according to the NDIS Price Guide. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges. We discuss costs with you upfront and provide clear invoices so you always know where your plan funding is going.
Yes. We do our best to match you with a support worker who fits your needs, preferences, and personality. If the match does not work out, you can request a change at any time. No awkward conversations required.
We are based in North Melbourne and provide services across the surrounding suburbs including Flemington, Kensington, Parkville, Carlton, Brunswick, Footscray, and the wider Melbourne metropolitan area.
Every support worker at Elevate has a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and First Aid certification. We verify all credentials before anyone begins work with a participant. No exceptions.
We understand plans change. We ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations to avoid any charges. If something comes up last minute, just let us know as soon as you can and we will do our best to work with you.
We take complaints seriously and see them as a chance to improve. You can raise a concern directly with us by calling 1300 211 999, emailing info@elevatecarer.com.au, or visiting our Participant Rights and Complaints page. If you prefer an independent body, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544.
In most cases, we can begin support within one week of your initial enquiry. We will complete a service agreement, match you with a suitable worker, and get started. If your situation is urgent, let us know and we will prioritise your request.
